This VIP boutique studio is perfect for headshots, auditions, commercial shoots, production events, interviews, script readings, production officers, music videos, product and individual photography. The 1,000 sq. ft. stage is equipped with a grid system in the ceiling, a conference room with airplay for clients, a wardrobe room, hair and make-up room, bathroom with 2 stalls and a shower, 24-hour security access, and VIP parking. A production rental supply company is conveniently located right next door for any additional rental needs! This space is available 24 hours a day. *If you need the floor freshly painted it will be an additional $150.
