Our catering minimum is $1000. This required minimum goes towards the dining and beverage consumption and will be tailored to your event. Pricing typically starts at $50/per person. A few past experiences designed are Vegan Nigerian, Istanbul Modern, 14-Course Sushi, Contemporary Turkish. *No outside catering or beverages. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me to better coordinate my day, and to schedule the cleaners. CHECK-IN The door will be unlocked and you are welcome to come in at your stated arrival time. An on-site host will give you an introduction to the space including details regarding: Wi-Fi, A/V, kitchen use, heating/cooling, and emergency instructions. - Feel free to reconfigure the furniture to suit your needs - I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. CHECK-OUT - The departure of your group at the stated end time is much appreciated - Please return furniture to how you found it upon arrival - Please place all used dishes, glasses, etc in the dishwasher or sink and use the provided trash and recycle bins for all waste. - If a farewell in person is not possible the code to the digital lock and instructions for its use will be covered in your introduction Your feedback for improvements and suggestions for enhancing the space are greatly appreciated!
The space was wonderful! Great to have everything available and the space had plenty of light. Only a couple of issue: 1. The windows we're broken and one fell open a few times during the event. 2. The service who handles the linen and towel delivery for the space arrived during our event and as we had set up to face the windows, it was disruptive. Obviously hard to avoid as the people who manage the space don't have staff on-site, but it definitely wasn't ideal. Would still book again though.
