Check-in: The door will be unlocked and you are welcome to come in at your stated arrival time. An on-site host will give you an introduction to the space including details regarding: Wi-Fi, A/V, kitchen use, heating/cooling, and emergency instructions. - Feel free to reconfigure the furniture to suit your needs - I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. The space was wonderful! Great to have everything available and the space had plenty of light. Only a couple of issue: 1. The windows we're broken and one fell open a few times during the event. 2. The service who handles the linen and towel delivery for the space arrived during our event and as we had set up to face the windows, it was disruptive. Obviously hard to avoid as the people who manage the space don't have staff on-site, but it definitely wasn't ideal. Would still book again though.
