This place is a gem. Very close to LA if you are looking to film in the woods. Mary is one one the friendliest host we every worked with. She also arranged parking for the cast and crew with a little extra fee. :) We would love to come back and work with her again. Transparent Agency
Great for staging outdoor film shoots. You can make Mary's property look like dense forest or the beautiful tucked-away home it is. Mary was so gracious and fair with us. We got all the shots we needed and then some. Our cast and crew had an air conditioned space with Wi-Fi to relax in when they weren't filming and plenty of space to park. Hope to film here again and would definitely recommend to others.

Mary was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process of scouting, booking, and shooting on location. She even made coffee for the cast & crew. We used the pool lodge portion of the property and also shot an exterior scene. Mary also let us use the second-story balcony to grab a few overhead shots. By far one of my favorite on set experiences. Highly recommend the location if it looks like it will fit your needs.
