No smoking inside the boutique
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and cleanup time. Please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request
Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor dumpster
Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided
Furniture and decorations may be moved

Health and Safety Measures
We hire a cleaning. company to clean after each booing or event
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
