Extraordinary cast iron SoHo Loft adjacent to the Mercer hotel on one of downtown's most prestigious and quietest blocks with amazing light and tall 18 ft ceilings. Rent our space a la carte, or partner with us to create a turn key experience for your event. We’ve successfully hosted hundreds of clients including Apple, Facebook, Instagram, NY Times, NBC, ABC, ESPN and many more! Our Showroom space is the absolute perfect spot for press/media events, company offsites, and film/photo shoots. This spacious 2,000 sq. ft. loft is the ideal, stylish location for exclusive events, off-site meetings, training events, show-rooms and more. Many highlights of the space can be seen in the unique textures and furniture. Features include: 18 ft. high ceilings Various textures, including: Large white wall, exposed brick wall, clean white wall, fire escape, huge original artist windows, and wood stained flooring. Furniture options: huge dining table, bar-stools, teak coffee tables, teak antique dining table chairs and benches, black leather sofa chairs. Upstairs alcove available for styling, storage or as a break-room. Large windows which provide beautiful natural light in the day. Other amenities include: private secured new keyed elevator that opens directly into the space, ultra fast wifi. The space is frequently used as a photography location, filming location, media events, off site training/meeting location, and more. **This space is available for longer term rentals, 1 month+. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
