*PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION* Welcome to our glorious 2-story industrial loft that's both modern and fully functional. The downstairs houses our the prepping area. You'll also find a wardrobe rack, steamer, and a full bathroom (including shower with towels). Upstairs is the one of a kind soaring vaulted ceilings, open floor plan (furnished with our office equipment), to the exposed brick, and the full modern kitchen crafty/catering. We got your creative space needs covered. Natural light floods the space throughout the day. the entire space is AIR CONDITIONED! The Loft is perfect for casting, table reads, rehearsals, meetings, filming ( you will need a sound guy), and photoshoots. Step outside the loft and take a break! The rooftop provides amazing views of the city, a large lounging area and a seating area perfect for eating. A turnkey creative production space by creatives for creatives. Depending on the scope of your production, there may be additional fees. *In most cases, a COI may be required for the booking. COI's need to be emailed at least 48 hours BEFORE your session begins. If you are using an equipment from our "Add On's" section you will need to add the equipment to the COI. *Depending on your session, you may be charged a piano tuning fee.
