The Carriage House room accommodates 25-50 guests, depending on the desired room setup, and provides a screen and projector for use. CATERING *We recommend catering through our list of preferred providers. *Catering through Peerspace is also recommended *Self catering is permitted, host must receive details prior to booking date. Any alcohol must be served with a license. RESTRICTIONS: • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. • No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. SETUP | TEARDOWN: All rental times must include your set up, clean up, and break down. CANCELLATIONS Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies NO SMOKING
This venue was absolutely enchanting. The room was large and the staff was attentive and kind. I highly recommend this as a venue for any corporate workshop and business meeting. The blooming flowers, wonderful landscaping and charming paths make this one of the best places to host a meeting.
The Carriage House was a great match for our workshop of 15 people. The set up was perfect and the included kitchen is very useful! We would definitely book the Carriage House again! We booked the carriage house for our team offsite. There was an elementary school using the main carriage house that day but they were able to accomodate us in the library for the first half of the day. The gardens are beautiful, the carriage house had lots of nice. It was refreshingly different than a "typical" conference room.
