We have hosted seminars, acting classes, table reads, product demonstrations and so much more! It's 1000 square feet of open space to plan your next event in. We can accommodate up to 30 people. Very versatile space. It is always painted black but we allow you to decorate however you want. There is space for catering and food trucks can park right outside the venue. You are required to return the studio to the exact condition you received it in at the start of your rental. All cleaning, re-painting, equipment wrap out, ect. must be completed by the end of your rental period. Cleaning is billed at $50/Hour if you do not return it to a satisfactory condition. Additional hours may be available for rent at $30/Hour but you must arrange this with the event manager. Event Space reserves the right to end any production that violates general safety practices at any time. *Use of glitter, chalk, fog machines, and other powdery materials must be agreed to prior to rental. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I hosted a baby shower for 30 here. This place was perfect for that! Leo was always quick to respond to my messages and took the time to show me the space prior to the baby shower. We had our party on a Saturday night, so all the parking in the lot was ours and we were able to have a taco cart right outside. I would definitely do another event here again.

Its was a fantastic Chrisymas party! Our host was extremely helpful. The was idea was to have our annual family gift exchange here because we wanted to take a lot of social media pics - well my children did (which are adults). Pics came out great! Just would see them on a corner at the vanity desk or the green screen taking pics. Super cool! I highly recommend!
