Conference Room - Creative Private Meeting Room with Mural

SAFETY NOTE: Due to precautions because of COVID-19, our staff is taking many additional steps for the safety and well-being of all our guests. We are cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting all surfaces and areas of touch in this meeting space regularly and before/after each booking. Additionally, we ask that face masks be worn when walking around the hallways or lobby of the building and that social distancing guidelines be observed. Any guests with symptoms of sickness are kindly asked to stay at home. There is also additional disinfectant and hand sanitizer available for your use, and you are welcome to bring anything else you like for safety and sanitation purposes. **Special Discounted Rate** We are currently offering rooms at a discounted rate for the summer in an effort to help those who need a private room to do work in for individual use, or with smaller teams. This is a private space (200 square feet) within a coworking facility, and comes equipped with high-speed WIFI, a monitor, A/V connectors, Google Chromecast, whiteboard, printer/scanner use, free coffee and tea, and seating for 8 people in a production. A membership to the space is not required to book this room through Peerspace. *Special accommodations must be arranged if you are planning a video shoot that involves either recording sound, playing music, or louder volume levels.
