- No smoking or illicit activities. - All rentals include set up and clean up time. - Please bag all trash (bags are provided) and return furniture back to original position at the end of event. - Please factor in setup and cleanup time in your booking. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals OR for bookings outside of our normal hours of operation. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly.
Katie, the hots never arrived to greet us / There was no whiteboard, then... we found it outside, there were no markers and she didn't call us back, just sent a message to check with the barista. Not very responsive. I would book again if there's an improvement in the service.
We loved using this space to host auditions for our commercial project! Cynthia is a fast and clear communicator, and was also very accommodating of our requests and answered all our questions. Jeff, the person assisting us during the day, was very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop in front is great and the folks there are super nice and helpful too! We appreciated that there is lots of space to accommodate people waiting to audition for us. Overall, we had a great experience here and I would be happy to book again!
