A huge, fully furnished and equipped (kitchen, dining room, internet, etc.), spacious 4000 sqft Mansion, surrounded by a lush green lawn with breathtaking waterfront views is waiting in the beautiful island of Yerba Buena. This is the perfect venue for an upscale gathering where guests will enjoy an interior designed and decorated with Restoration Hardware, Z Gallery, Eames furniture and accessories. The space can handle up to 50 seated guests on the first floor alone: the dining room is furnished for servicing 8 guests, additional seating can be extended to the living room. You can also enjoy outdoor seating on our balcony deck or natural lawn. Reach us out to discuss accommodations for larger parties. Outside catering is permitted and is the responsibility of the guest. Accessibility to the space is easy by public transit and car, only 7 minutes drive from Embarcadero across the Bay Bridge. P.S. 1. Please, be aware that at your check-in, all the furniture is intact. There's no major damage to any of it, its construction or upholstery. 2. Decoration is allowed as long as: - there's no damage to walls or flooring, - no paint, glitter or other hard to clean substances are used, - you return all the furniture to its original spot if you move it around. We do not recommend to move the couch and side console in the living room, however. Labor to clean the furniture, walls, flooring, etc., as well as cleaning materials will be included in the reimbursement amount. No trash of any kind is allowed on the lawn in front and behind the Mansion, as well as in the kids playground. A city owned cleaning company takes care of the area and charge for unplanned cleanings. We reserve the right to charge you if that happens. We believe you've insured your guests from possible damages and injuries, as well as included us on your insurance certificate. Before you check out, we only ask the guests to toss away food and drinks leftovers. It important as a courtesy to other guests, so that there wouldn’t be bad smell in the Mansion the next day.
This place was great to throw our baby shower this year -- it was located in a very quiet and empty part of Treasure Island and so it felt like we had the whole island to ourselves. The interior was nicely furnished and spacious. We loved the front deck because it gave us room to place our caterer. The hostess was also great in answering any questions we had during the planning stage. While the location was a bit confusing to find initially, I would still recommend this place to anyone looking to host an intimate gathering.
Loved this venue. I threw a Great Gatsby-themed birthday party and my guests were blown away by the venue. Nata was also so sweet and easy to work with! Overall, fantastic night and my best birthday party in years.
Lovely space! All our guests were impressed by the uniqueness of the location and the look and feel of the venue. We had a great time and Nata was easy to communicate with.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this venue and the host. Nada kept in communication with me all during the process. I did a memorial for my deceased husband and it was the prefect place. The environment was warm and welcoming and many of the guests asked how we found the venue. I would highly recommend Nada and her Island Mansion.
The space is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our surprise party! Massive, with plenty of sitting areas and beautiful views along with darts, a large kitchen and a big TV for projecting onto. The best part was the host who was a great communicator, flexible and accommodating, can’t thank Nata enough! Will definitely book again!!
I recently threw a surprise 30th birthday party for my wife. Nata was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of booking, leading up to the day, and the day of. The Treasure Island house was perfect, clean and spacious enough to have a wonderful potluck and party for 50! The additional sink-area with fridge apart from the kitchen was convenient to store our food/drinks and mimosa bar! The living room was roomy and comfortable - we were even able to set up a photo booth near the entry-way. Because it was football Sunday, I also wanted to make sure we were able to have the option to watch the games. When we arrived, we couldn't figure out how to stream the game but within 3 minutes of asking Nata, she offered to stop by and help us set up the TV so everyone could watch the game. We also rented tables and chairs for the outside area, Nata was so kind to offer us to drop off the day before so we wouldn't have to worry about it on the day of. Overall, the party was perfect- everyone had a wonderful time and Nata was an absolutely amazing host! I highly recommend this house for a beautiful and fun-filled party, and would most definitely rent again! Thank you, Nata!
Nata was very responsive and service minded. The venue was great for our workshop. The only area of improvement was the projector, which did not work with our equipment (2017 MacBook Pros + USB C to HDMI adapters). Became quite the problem for as the screen became very blurry but besides that everything worked smothly.
