About the Space
Welcome to our amazing Film & Photo Studio Studio | Available 7-days a week - 24/7 1900 ft² of amazing video/photo production space, including the lobby and two prop rooms with furniture, art, and decoration props. No additional charges to use our furniture and props. Separate cozy green room for you or your talent to rest and get dressed. Also, you will find a makeup station, a small fridge with drinks, and a steamer. Kitchenette, fridge, coffee, tea, hot water, etc. We offer lights, stands, apple boxes, and tripods for free and other items. The studio itself is in the center of the building with thick concrete walls which is perfect for sound. We have a few portable studio walls that can be painted/decorated as needed to create your desired set. We have an in-house set designer if needed at an additional cost of $75/h A parking lot is right next to the studio. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
