COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space

THE HOME: Remodeled home is ideal for photography shoots or commercial/video with great natural light, outside greenery from every window, open concept, and ample space for crew and gear - Four bed, three bath 2,800 Square Feet (one bed used as office) - High end decor with neutral colors + unique, original art - Two dining spaces -- one built-in nook (8 pp), one rectangular dining table (8 pp) - Two seating areas/living spaces each with fireplaces (one brick, one marble) - Adult master suite with french doors and out side patio + fun, fresh kid spaces - Scenic outdoor setting: pool, BBQ, seating areas, grass/manicured plants and a large twin sized swing/bed - Locked storage area for overnight equipment and gear THE LOCATION: - Alamo is a small town between Walnut Creek and San Ramon with easy 680 Freeway access - Alamo plaza hosts many stores and food resources and is less than 1/4 mile away from the house - Take-out menus provided THE HOST: - Interior designer/stylist - House has all home amenities for crews use - Prior work in ad/marketing business PREVIOUS SHOOTS: - Amazon.com - ESPN - Wells Fargo - HP - Babycenter.com - Toyota.....and more! Amazing space to have a video shoot. Fit our aesthetic really well and is always ready and clean for us on the day of shooting. There are multiple areas for filming and a large space to capture different shots. Thanks again, Michele, for hosting us. We'll be back!

Michele was a wonderful host and very accommodating. She allowed us to scout the property before our shoot and made the entire process very comfortable. Five stars to the host and five stars to the location. We were able to shoot 3 different scripts at this location. It’s a dynamic property and very well staged.

Great space in a beautiful area. Appeared as advertised and was perfect for our project! Great lighting in all rooms and lots of fun angles. Michele was a great host, easy to communicate with, and super friendly (and her little pug Georgia was just adorable). Definitely would recommend this space for photo shoots!
