All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Fantastic Meeting Space in the heart of the NOHO Arts District. Easy access via the 101, 134, or 170. Plenty of off-street parking. Walking distance to the Metro Red and Orange Lines. Across the street from North Hollywood Park. Tons of great restaurants nearby. Our space is 660 square feet that is perfect for meetings and presentations. We've created a clean, simple, modern space that is easily adjustable to your particular needs. Tables and chairs can accommodate up to 25 people. Overhead projector with HDMI connection, and big retractable screen. Well lit space, with plenty of amenities. Large Folding Tables - that can easily be moved, or folded up Plenty of Chairs - that are stackable, in case you need them out of the way 3 Work Desks Sofa and Comfy Chair Curtained Dressing Area - only if needed Local Food/Restaurant Book - with menus

General Rules
• Please include time for set-up and clean-up in your booking.
• No smoking inside the space.
• No alcohol on the premises.
• There are other businesses on the premises, so please be courteous and considerate, and mindful of noise.

• Filming only allowed on weekends, and only in the interior of our space (NO exterior filming.)

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
