All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We have a conference room with a capacity of 10 people (300f t) available for hourly or daily rent for production. Both outside clients and our tenants are able to rent the conference room. The conference room is equipped with a whiteboard, television screen, internet access, AV inputs, and on demand technical support. Our conference room has windows overlooking Jersey City and has a mini fridge fully stocked with bottled water. Conference room clients also have complete access to the coffee, tea, drinks, and snacks in our fully stocked kitchen. There are huge windows for great natural light at the north side of the room as you can see in the picture. We have a freight elevator on-site; however, an extra fee for usage will apply. After Hours Rates and Weekend Rates are different. For video and movie shootings prices vary. Please contact us for details.

General Rules
The weekend fee is $170 / per hour.
Cleanliness is next to Healthiness. We do require that all trash be placed in the bins provided. If you are a longer term guest with us and would like your space cleaned please let us know ahead of time. There is always a stock of eco friendly wipes and paper towels available in the kitchen.
Smoking is permitted only outside of the building.
Membership is not required from the guest in order to rent this space.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This conference room looks even better in reality than at the picture. I loved it and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a space to rent.
