About the Space
We have a conference room with a capacity of 10 people (300f t) available for hourly or daily rent for production. Both outside clients and our tenants are able to rent the conference room. The conference room is equipped with a whiteboard, television screen, internet access, AV inputs, and on demand technical support. Our conference room has windows overlooking Jersey City and has a mini fridge fully stocked with bottled water. Conference room clients also have complete access to the coffee, tea, drinks, and snacks in our fully stocked kitchen. There are huge windows for great natural light at the north side of the room as you can see in the picture. We have a freight elevator on-site; however, an extra fee for usage will apply. After Hours Rates and Weekend Rates are different. For video and movie shootings prices vary. Please contact us for details.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Wonderful hosts. Excellent accommodations. Clean, pristine, and quiet room. The windows allow for natural light and I was able to set up a great sit-down interview for video with the cityscape as a backdrop. There's a white noise machine that has to be turned off by the host. AC was super quiet. There are some neighboring conference rooms and cubicles but I had no issues with audio other than an occasional siren street noise. This is a wonderful place for video interviews.
