All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This apartment has been recently renovated, and is located in the Heart of Bushwick, in the middle of the famous street Art. This Loft offers a huge living room with open concept kitchen and one bathroom. Also 2 extra bedrooms are available. This loft is perfect for any TV scene, Production or even Meeting. We can provide breakfast and Lunch for an extra Charge. It can seat up to 15 people. You have also access to a huge Rooftop with tables, Chairs and BBQ.

General Rules

We take care of the Cleaning but we ask to everybody to respect the space, and use the Trash if necessary. No Outside food, drinks or Alcohol. No smoking inside but outdoor. No loud Music.
