Beautifully eclectic space in a corner brownstone which gives great light on sunny days. Tray was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We used this space for an interview. Tray is responsive and had no issue signing a location release as well as a materials release for the mural. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use any of the additional art because we couldn't get clearance. Even though there are stairs into the space, we did not have any problems loading our gear. There was no noise that caused an issue for production.
