Throw your next meeting, offsite, or reception on the top floor of our beautiful modern building! We are located in between Fisherman’s Wharf and North Beach, close to tons of hotels, parking, transportation and fun SF amenities. This space is large and open with a few living room type nooks and a separate meeting room for breakout sessions or just when you need a more intimate experience for your guests. This space is newly furnished and has exposed brick walls and natural light with a roof deck that has sweeping views from Coit Tower to Russian Hill. The space is part of a larger corporate office, contained to the entire top floor. Except when entering or exiting the building, guests and vendors are expected to stay in the rented area on top floor. Vendors and event staff may arrive 1 hour before the event time for set-up by prior arrangement only. Please make sure you include set-up and clean-up time when booking. If you do not include set-up and clean-up time upfront we will add the additional time to your final costs. -All additional services need to be coordinated with email@example.com They know our space the best and can recommend great packages based on your needs. If you will be serving alcohol, you must either do so through a licensed caterer or you must have a Daily General License, obtainable from the California Alcoholic Beverage Control department (http://www.abc.ca.gov/forms/pdfspc.html). The renter is responsible for general clean up. In the event that cleaning is required after your event, a fee may be levied.
The space was great and the host was very kind and accommodating to our last minute change in the point of contact. She also answered our questions quickly.
Our experience with Selena and this space was incredible! She and her colleagues were accommodating, flexible, and super friendly. We held a day long corporate retreat for around 20 people. Parking was a breeze in a building across the street, loading in and out was easy as well with plenty of available space to park for a few minutes right out front of the building. The space itself was clean, well laid out, and has a magnificent view of the hills of San Francisco. We had plenty of space to break out into groups throughout the day and we loved the outdoor patio. The amenities included everything we could have needed from the A/V set up (and help desk!) to the hot water dispenser. The general consensus from our attendees was hugely positive and I know this space will be high on the list for future off-site meeting needs. Thanks again!
Absolutely loved this space and would book again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Space was super clean and they provided plenty of trash cans. The view from the balcony is also very cool.
The space was great for our group! The hosts were super friendly and responsive. There is tons of space, a great deck, nice breakout room, and a huge fridge/nice kitchen area. The only down side is to get access you need to use a swipe card to get to the 4th floor. What this means is that there needs to be a designated person standing in the lobby to swipe people in. Also their AV set-up is great!
