The space is part of a larger corporate office, contained to the entire top floor. Except when entering or exiting the building, guests and vendors are expected to stay in the rented area on the top floor. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. Vendors and event staff will only be allowed into the venue at the booked starting time. Kitchen is not stocked, but you are welcome to utilize and stock for your booking. Please leave the room as you found it. The renter is responsible for general clean up.
Selena was an amazing host and the space was perfect for our team offsite. Selena was so helpful, from setting up, to printing docs last minute, & being super responsive and available throughout the day. The patio offered gorgeous views of the city and was perfect for an end of day happy hour. Thanks so much, Selena!
We really enjoyed Selena's space for our 2-day Leadership team offsite. Selena and her team were very accommodating and supportive both before our event and during. The beautiful patio space, full kitchen, and en suite bathrooms were great amenities. Plenty of space for breakouts, etc. and the AV was solid. Would definitely book again for a similar event.

Our team raved about the space and would definitely like to use this space to host our future events. What might make this space even better is if the conference table can easily be disassembled and the space can open up to an group/office party. Overall, Selena has been very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The maintenance team was quick to respond to our AV needs. And you can't beat the view with an outdoor patio. Thank you for a lovely experience.
Selena was a pleasure to work with and everything was seamless. Brought in a few extra chairs and a table for us and this spot was perfect for a 2 day working offsite for 35 people. We were able to do a few break out sessions and had the ability to get some fresh air on the porch. Parking is right on the corner as well as a Safeway for any extra snacks you may need. Perfect meeting offsite venue!
The space was great and the host was very kind and accommodating to our last minute change in the point of contact. She also answered our questions quickly.
Our experience with Selena and this space was incredible! She and her colleagues were accommodating, flexible, and super friendly. We held a day long corporate retreat for around 20 people. Parking was a breeze in a building across the street, loading in and out was easy as well with plenty of available space to park for a few minutes right out front of the building. The space itself was clean, well laid out, and has a magnificent view of the hills of San Francisco. We had plenty of space to break out into groups throughout the day and we loved the outdoor patio. The amenities included everything we could have needed from the A/V set up (and help desk!) to the hot water dispenser. The general consensus from our attendees was hugely positive and I know this space will be high on the list for future off-site meeting needs. Thanks again!
