Our place is unique and very broad on how to explore it. There are many possibilities in this property and spacious area. From Westerns to Middle Eastern projects, as well as projects that need a beat up place, junky yard, trailer scenes, rocky mountains, desert roads, farm, ranch and so on. There are plenty Olive trees, horses, sheep and goats, donkey, peacock, and ducks. There are old tractors that still work, old junky trucks, old boats and old cars. Also, there is an inactive handcrafted 15 foot stone and rock WELL, an inactive OLD POOL, a dry creek as well. Even there is a nice house that can be used upon request the highlights of this place is the outside area. There are private restrooms for men and women on the property. Private shower outside. Inside the house: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Availability: Sunday - Thursday 24 hours; Fridays until sunset; Saturdays after sunset. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Depending on your project you may be charged at one of the rates below: *RATES: $99/hour (min. 6h) 🔰 For crew larger than 30 people a $20/h extra will be applied on the top of the rate for every 10 extra people. 🔰 The Restroom outside is for up to 30 people max. A minimum fee of $100/Day-12h will be charged for every 10 extra people on crew size. Or the crew can provide their own portable restroom!
