Easy location in Los Angeles, 1 mile above Carbon Beach (Billionaires Beach) in Malibu. Amazing views and wild foliage outdoor locations sprawling all around the property. The wrought iron gate at the bottom of the driveway opens up to your own private road leading up to the house. The house has modern mid-century clean lines, grey stone exterior and white interior walls. The carved mid-century grand front door, sculpted by famous artist Tony Rosenthal, leads you into the home. The downstairs of the home has lightwood floors throughout the open floor plan with a living room, dining room and white marble kitchen & bar. The living room is tastefully decorated in modern design with a slight mid-century flair. It also features a mid-century white brick fireplace and floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto an ocean view terrace with a large outdoor table. Floor to ceiling glass walls encase the gym and beauty bar off of the dining area which lead out to a garden pool. There are three bedrooms downstairs, one off of the pool with a seating area and mid-century brick fireplace. Upstairs is currently off-limits and has a separate entrance and is not included in the photos. However, the 2nd kitchen, a chef's industrial kitchen & dining loft, which is located upstairs can be rented as an additional space during your booking (see below and add-ons). PARKING: The property has two private gated roads. One leads up to the main house from the gate. Approximately 20 automobiles can park up by the main house on the driveway. For an extra fee (see add-ons) the other road can be rented for additional parking at $30 per car/van per rental and $100 per large trailers per rental. SPACES: The spaces throughout the property can be easily transformed to your preference and its ideal for shooting several different locations on one property, as there are several different types of areas: - Outdoors with Foliage and Trees (Olive, Eucalyptus) - Ocean Views - Mountain Views - Country/Ranch Sheds - Pool - Beauty Bar - Tennis Court - Indoor Spaces with 3 restrooms - White Marble Kitchen & Bar downstairs off the living area - Living Room area with ocean views - Brick Patio with 180 degree ocean views - Modern Stone Exterior and White Interior - Private roads - Gated driveway/road EXTRA SPACES: Chef's Kitchen: There is a chef's industrial kitchen with farm table upstairs with a loft-like floor-plan which can be rented for an extra fee of $980 per day during your rental. The upstairs kitchen features a wolf range, two sub zero refrigerators, a wrap around stainless steel bar, and industrial triple stainless steel sink. The large loft-like room with wood floors features 180 degree ocean views and a slanted roof made of glass. There is a 150" oversized farm-style dining table located at the opposite end of the room. A seating area with a sofa and two ottomans are also in the space. EXTRA PARKING- CARS & TRAILERS: For an extra fee (see add-ons) the other road can be rented for additional parking at $30 per car/van per rental and $100 per large trailers per rental. Large productions are easy here as there is ample room. Located in Malibu, California 1 mile above "Billionaire's Beach", only 30 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and the Valley and 15 minutes from Santa Monica. Private roads on the property for parking large trucks and several cars. SPECIAL RULE - PETS: We do not allow pets on the premises. If you have a pet as talent, we can make an exception. Any pets need to be pre-approved by us prior to booking.
