About the Space
Exceptional restored 1905 Queen Anne Victorian in the heart of Petaluma. Period details and some modern elements as well. 3,800+ square feet on a landscaped quarter acre. Original refinished fir wood floors, crown molding, wainscoting, antique chandeliers and stained glass windows. Lots of natural light and an easy access driveway, with plenty of parking. Scouting can be arranged. Experienced owner who works in the industry.
