STUDIO RULES: 1. Freight hours are 8 AM - 5 PM. Any use before or after will be subject to an additional fee of $25/per 30 minutes increment. 2. Overtime is charged at $200 per hour and billed hourly. You are allowed a 15 minute grace period to exit the space upon your wrap time. 3. EVERYTHING THAT YOUR PRODUCTION BRINGS INTO THE STUDIO MUST BE BROUGHT OUT WHEN YOU LEAVE - NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY ITEM. THIS INCLUDES ALL FOOD ITEMS AND PAPER/PLASTIC GOODS BROUGHT IN. 4. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE CHARGED PER THE FEE SCHEDULE BELOW FOR REMOVAL OF THESE ITEMS: A. TRASH LEFT BEHIND AND NOT IN PLACED IN GARBAGE BAGS - $100 FEE. B. FOOD LEFT BEHIND IN THE FRIDGE AND/OR KITCHEN COUNTERS - $50 FEE. C. PRODUCTION DESIGN / SET ITEMS LEFT BEHIND - $200 PER ITEM FEE 5. We cannot provide any office supplies or stationary. 6. We cannot print or scan anything. Please have all of your documents and handouts printed and/or scanned ahead of time. 7. Studio doors open when your rental starts (i.e. if your rental begins at 8:00 AM, doors will open at 8:00 AM, not 7:45 AM). 8. If you require use of any furniture please let us know so we can assist you. 9. Open flames and candles are NEVER allowed. 10. Fog machines or hazers are NOT allowed unless cleared in writing by studio staff prior to your rental. 11. Pets are NOT allowed unless cleared in writing by studio staff prior to your rental. 12. ALL exit routes must remain clear at ALL times. Do NOT block them with gear, set design, or furniture. 13. ANY DAMAGE TO OUR WALLS, FLOORS, CYC, WINDOWS, PIPES, FURNITURE WILL BE EVALUATED AND SHARED WITH THE CLIENT. Devon was so great! He was always there when we needed him and worked closely with me. I could reach him whenever I needed. We held an offsite meeting at this location for about 20 leaders in our company. The space is beautiful and big. It was very spacious for a group of 20 to all sit in comfortable chairs and also have space to walk around during breaks over the course of the day. Great light, pretty floors, all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!
This space was great - we would definitely film here again! It is so versatile that we easily were able to film 3 sit down interviews with different looks. Devon and the other team members were very accommodating and easy to work with. The c-stands and apple boxes included in the rental were also super helpful for our filming setup.
We had a great experience at The Nomad Loft. Our host, Devon, was very responsive and helpful throughout the process- a pleasure. The space did appear as advertised. We filmed a talking head-type video and the only slight challenge we had was with sound recording as there is a working office right across the hall with a shared bathroom next to the studio entrance. Our sound tech worked it out and all was fine, but something to plan ahead for if/when shooting here. The variety of different background walls was helpful to us, white with windows, brick walls, and a cyc - we used them all!
This space was everything we needed and more for our 3 day documentary shoot. Devon was very helpful as was Michael who "babysat" us while we shot on a Saturday & Sunday answering any & every question we asked as well as helping with our needs. I would use this space again & I recommend it highly.
Devon was a great host, responding to our every need very efficiently and was extremely friendly and helpful. The space was exactly as advertised and was great - would highly recommend this to anyone completing a workshop
The space was perfect for our portrait shoot and the host and his team were above and beyond lovely and helpful. I hope we can book this space for future projects!
