Perfect for: Private dinner party, work presentation, birthday celebration, pop-up market, baby shower, workshop, film screenings or concert. Any outside catering is allowed, and we have a wonderful network of local favorites we can share with you! Alcohol is permitted with a $125 surcharge. Total capacity is 120 guests. While we love children, our space is not suitable for children's parties with the exception of 1st birthdays. Nice space - as pictured but with adjustable rolling task chairs. A bit warm in the afternoon but the room has a window a/c unit. This space is part of a larger coworking facility. Clean bathrooms and water/coffee/fruit available.

Amazing indoor space with an outdoor patio area as well. Lovely bar and small kitchen area that is great for prep and clean up. The event hosts were very flexible and easy to communicate with. It has everything you need for any event from baby/bridal shower to work conference/meeting, and there is a long list of supplies/inventory to rent that makes it easy. I would highly recommend this wonderful venue for any event!

I have been a guest in this space twice before for previous events so it was an easy choice to use it for my own. Saskia (owner) was a pleasure to work with and communicated well throughout the whole process. She was very accommodating to my requests and ensured things went off without a hitch. Artie (Host) and Lakisha (Bartender) were a perfect fit for the event and performed their responsibilities flawlessly. I would love to work with the whole team again in the future.

Ben and Saskia were great! The leadership team of my business meets off-site quarterly and this will be our new go to venue. Great light and ambiance in the room. Saskia was there with the room ready at 550am even though we didn't have the room until 6am. The space has a really cool vibe and I enjoyed exploring on our breaks.
