We have built an inspiring and easily transformable space perfect for a private dinner party, work presentation, birthday, pop-up market, baby shower, workshop, concert, you name it! The main space and lounge are co-work by day and event space in the evenings and weekends. Tell us your idea. We'll make it happen! The rental includes use of our gorgeous handmade wooden tables, 50 padded folding chairs, lounge & patio furniture, saving you money on rentals. We have : Wooden tables 2x 10 ft 2x 7ft 2x 5 ft Folding tables (need linens) 4x 6ft 1x 4ft The space is fully styled and all furniture and decor we have in there is included in your rental. We have a lot of pretty decor add ons available, think florals, banners, signage etc. Please take a look at our add ons for more information. We have professional event planners and event stylists on staff and their services are available as an add on as well. You are free to bring in your own food and drinks or chose from one of our recommended caterers. We have an amazing network of local vendors. Due to current COVID-19 guidelines we are hosting gatherings for up to 25 guests and not including the patio and lounge in the rentals. We are open to booking larger parties in 2021. Normally the rental includes main space, lounge & patio with 80 person capacity. For parties over 80 guests, must add on the art gallery ($50/hr). Including the art gallery, our capacity is 130 guests. The conference room is available as an add on for $35/hr. Total size: 1800sf, Height: 16 Hourly rate applies to a private and/or corporate event. Non-profit discounts apply. For events serving alcohol a $125 alcohol surcharge applies. This can be waived if alcohol stays light (i.e. mimosas only) Our misison is to give Alameda a cozy & eclectic venue where people can gather to share their passions, interests, and celebrations. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Shot a small commercial here. Saskia was great to work with and very accommodating. The space was beautiful with some pretty nice light for a large majority of the day. I especially loved all of the art, plants and variety of spaces here. You really can shoot like 10 or more different looking scenes/locations all within one general area. Pretty versatile. Would def book it again. 👍🏼
