I has my 50th birthday party at the Phoenix. The venue is lovely and was perfect for a brunch. We had plenty of space indoors and made good use of the patio too. If you're looking for a beautiful and intimate space, this is it.

I booked this venue for my dads surprise 70th birthday and it was amazing! Jessa was an amazing host, she was responsive, offered assistance while figuring out the chair and table arrangements for 60 people, and was there through the whole event on standby when we needed anything. We were able to use a taco guy for catering right on the outdoor patio, and through that blue room space she helped me fit additional chafing dishes and it essentially created a buffet area for our guests to grab their food without hindering away from the main space for them to eat and relax. Everything came together with ease the allotted time we had included the time in the beginning to set up and clean up everything we brought and it took no time with the help of my friends and family. The Phoenix was the perfect spot for our event. The staff was very communicative and quick to reply to all of our questions before our actual event. They were also extremely helpful on the day of our party. The space is beautiful already and only needed a few smaller touches. Clean, lots of space, great lighting. Only wish there was AC. It was fairly warm inside but luckily they supplied fans and having access to the patio definitely helped.

Great space, super accommodating and helpful staff. It has a really good vibe and location. Tight setup time, but that was partly my fault, and parking is not great, but the venue positives more than made up for any negatives. The only gripe I have is with the peerspace platform, which was difficult to work with and had unreasonable, last minute insurance requirements not explicitly spelled out in the contract.
