Our conference room is a great place for private meetings. It comes with a Smart TV for presentations, coffee & tea and enough space for a happy dance. Room uses: Business/Meetings, Workshops/Training, Photo/Film shoot Room environment: Windows/Natural light Audio / Visual / Internet: Built-in Smart TV, Whiteboards, High-speed Wireless Internet Access Our listing's hourly rate applies to weekdays. For weeknights (after 6 pm) and weekends, the minimum is 2 hours and cost is $50/hour

Great place, Jessa & Sean onsite helped make it a success. We were able to host a wonderful baby shower for ~ 40people with plenty of room for everyone to eat, drink & laugh. Having the little outdoor nook was great as well. A warm casual space.

I booked this space for my baby shower and was so pleased with it! It was the perfect venue for the 60 guests I had. I was able to use the back patio for a taquero/dine area. Loved that we had access to a kitchen for some food prep. And the front space was absolutely gorgeous! I had my shower on a Saturday and also found that guests had no issues with parking. There was metered parking or parking across the street at the library for free. 10/10 recommend!

From the moment that our team arrived onsite, we were greeted with the nicest staff! The building was really well cleaned, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone that we worked with/ communicated with were professional, timely, and so nice! The conference room that we rented was perfect for our group of 7. Will definitely be renting this space again!
