- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

About the Space
The Main Space + Lounge and Patio easily transform and create multiple backdrops for your next production all in one location in downtown Alameda. We are a co-work by day and an ideal production location after 6pm on weekdays or all day weekends. This space has ample natural lighting with carefully curated decor creating an ambiance that is warm, industrial and modern. Full use of the gorgeous handmade wooden tables, designer furniture and office props if needed. This space is best for: Commercial shoots, creative projects, photo/film shoots, podcasts Note that this listing includes the Main Space, Patio, and Lounge only. The Writer's room, Art Gallery and Photo Studio are available as add ons for extra space- perfect to use as hair/makeup rooms, wardrobe, staging or equipment storage.
