This location is great for: - corporate events - satellite office space - seminars - workshops - team building activities - Film / Photography - Yoga Class - Company Events The space includes lots of natural lighting, high ceilings and an open floor plan. You can move the furniture around, but then you have to put them to their corresponding place. ( 30 Chairs, 7 tables, 3 sofas, 4 armchairs - More chairs can be rented for an extra cost. Event Support: - High speed wifi - High def projector + Screen ( $150/ day) - AV System: Speakers + Microphones ($175/day) - Breakout areas - On site manager to insure your event runs smoothly FOOD & BEVERAGE: Clients are welcome to arrange their own food and beverage. We can do it for you for an extra cost. PARKING: + Two spaces included in rental + Free street parking + Metro Station ( Expo Line) 6min walking distance. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. The space it's so versatile and large. Love the energy there as well. I hosted a workshop for 30 attendees and loved having so many options on how to do the layout. I also love that the chairs and tables are included in the price and there are so many add-ons that make my life easy as a host. Kirill and Carla were amazing hosts! I hosted a seminar of 40 people within their beautiful space and had a pleasant experience. Their venue is clean, beautiful and embodies really good energy. I would definitely book again. Thank you guys for being so attentive leading up to the event and day-of.
Kirill is beyond a superhost. He and Carla were both incredibly attentive and communicative. Their space was amazing. Clean, beautiful, modern, and well decorated. The creative energy in this place is exceptional. Would highly recommend! We shot a tech starup demo series here and the space oozes "creative office startup" which is what we were going for. We booked this space for a company workshop with 25 people. Everyone enjoyed the open layout and overall feel of the place. Having a kitchen and fridge was convenient as well. We would be happy to book this again
Kirill was great to work with! Everything was easy and the space was AWESOME with lots of areas for break off sessions and even a friendly round of ping pong. I'd say the only thing was that it got pretty warm in the afternoon even with a/c, but that really couldn't be helped.
This is our second time booking this location and we love it! We hold our Los Angeles Annual training here, one of the company owners did not attend last years but was very impressed with how well lit, decorated, and clean it was. Our contact on site was very helpful and had a smile the entire time. Truly a hidden gem!
