You can move the furniture around, but then you have to put them to their corresponding place. ( 30 Chairs, 7 tables, 3 sofas, 4 armchairs - More chairs can be rented for an extra cost. *Please contact us if you are in need of a photographer, stylists, hair and makeup artists and other productions assistance for an additional fee. Production Support: - High speed wifi - High def projector + Screen ( $150/ day) - AV System: Speakers + Microphones ($175/day) - Breakout areas - On site manager to insure your production runs smoothly FOOD & BEVERAGE: Clients are welcome to arrange their own food and beverage. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Breakdown for each crew size: 1-10 people is $100/hour 10-20 people is $125/hour 20-30 people is $150/hour 30-45 people is $250/hour 45-60 people is $350/hour We also offer individual desk rentals for daily/weekly/monthly rates. Prices are negotiable but range from $25 per day, $150 per week, $375 per month and the prices are negotiable depending on the number of desks needed or number of days/weeks/months desired. We booked this space for a company workshop with 25 people. Everyone enjoyed the open layout and overall feel of the place. Having a kitchen and fridge was convenient as well. We would be happy to book this again
Kirill was great to work with! Everything was easy and the space was AWESOME with lots of areas for break off sessions and even a friendly round of ping pong. I'd say the only thing was that it got pretty warm in the afternoon even with a/c, but that really couldn't be helped.
This is our second time booking this location and we love it! We hold our Los Angeles Annual training here, one of the company owners did not attend last years but was very impressed with how well lit, decorated, and clean it was. Our contact on site was very helpful and had a smile the entire time. Truly a hidden gem!
