All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We are one block west of Abbot Kinney with 12 parking spots, a conference room, TV room, 3 kitchens, BBQ, huge grassy yard, basketball court, volleyball court, WIFI, lockers, music room, and 32 of our custom built pods. For this rate, you would be renting a portion of the backyard privately only. The interior of the house will be shared with our co-living tenants (see Podshare) - such as bathrooms, kitchen, lobby, reception, and lounge areas. You are welcome to visit the space prior to booking. NOTE: we have sensitive neighbors so we cannot host after 10pm and any events during the day MUST be lowered to only be heard in our yard. Music that travels outside the gate to bother our neighbors will lead them to call authorities and shut down the event without refund.

We'll provide the gate code or ring the doorbell on the wooden fence to be let in. If all of the spaces are occupied, then please park on the street. Feel free to block your own cars, just not our PodShare residents please.
General Rules
No ambient noise after 9pm
This is a 4600 sq ft building (used to be a church) and the backyard is 3500 sq ft. When other guests of ours are renting the pods or other areas inside, then we can rope off the backyard so they can use a separate entry so not to disturb any Peerspace meetings or shoots. There would not be a scenario where the house would be empty, but that doesn't produce much noise and there are many outlets for you to get inside/outside of the house.

This is a great conference space! Bright, sunny, lots of room and comfortable chairs. It has great design and is both stylish and very functional. We used it as a casting space, and it was perfect. Actors could sign in at the front desk, wait downstairs on the comfortable couches or outside in the very large yard. Host was easy to reach and was very friendly. There was a large parking area, but no parking available when we were there. There was pretty good parking on the nearby streets, host gave great directions on where to look, so everyone was able to find parking pretty easily, a huge bonus in LA. This is a great location in the heart of Venice.
