This conference room is on the mezzanine level, and can be closed with the pictured barn door. We have a comfortable leather seating area right outside for holding in the case of castings or multiple visitors. The conference room has a 10ft table with 6 office chairs and the ability to bring up many more fold-out chairs. There is a water cooler, 2 white boards, surround sound (by CD only), mini fridge, and 30" TV with HDMI input along with basic television channels. Room: 22ft long by 12ft wide Table is 10ft long by 3.5ft wide We prefer the table does not get moved, because it scratches the floor. We have up to 15 chairs to offer. Property: The conference room is privately yours for the duration of the rental but you are welcome to the shared amenities downstairs such as the huge yard, TV room, lockers, 2 kitchens, parking lot (12 spaces) and full court basketball. The downstairs portion of the property is operated as a co-living space which is quiet and independent from this private peerspace rental. Parking: Our lot is first come first serve. Luckily there is easy free parking on Venice Blvd, Washington Way, Mildred and the Public Library across the street so no worries. We also have a bicycle rack. We have WIFI and there is a front desk to greet your guests. No air conditioning, just a fan. You are welcome to tour the space before booking, just setup the best time. Communication could have been a bit better. I was also under the impression there was unlimited free parking but we only got 1 space. That being said the space is great and there was an additional parking lot nearby.

It was perfect for what we needed the conference room such as hosting auditions. The only issue I might have had with the location was street parking was a little challenging and their private parking was full capacity that day. I had to park a couple of blocks down and walk with a box of items. Other than that, the conference room was perfectly fine for the hosting of auditions.

The space was great. The only difficult part was there was no markings for the space for the address. The code also wasn't provided, and one of the workers refused to give it to me so I could gives to my joining guests and the door was a little difficult to get into
