All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This conference room is on the mezzanine level, and can be closed with the pictured barn door. We have a comfortable leather seating area right outside for holding in the case of castings or multiple visitors. The conference room has a 10ft table with 6 office chairs and the ability to bring up many more fold-out chairs. There is a water cooler, 2 white boards, surround sound (by CD only), mini fridge, and 30" TV with HDMI input along with basic television channels. Room: 22ft long by 12ft wide Table is 10ft long by 3.5ft wide We prefer the table does not get moved, because it scratches the floor. We have up to 15 chairs to offer. Property: The conference room is privately yours for the duration of the rental but you are welcome to the shared amenities downstairs such as the huge yard, TV room, lockers, 2 kitchens, parking lot (12 spaces) and full court basketball. The downstairs portion of the property is operated as a co-living space which is quiet and independent from this private peerspace rental. Parking: Our lot is first come first serve. Luckily there is easy free parking on Venice Blvd, Washington Way, Mildred and the Public Library across the street so no worries. We also have a bicycle rack. We have WIFI and there is a front desk to greet your guests. No air conditioning, just a fan. You are welcome to tour the space before booking, just setup the best time. We'll provide the gate code or ring the doorbell on the wooden fence to be let in. If all of the spaces are occupied, then please park on the street. Feel free to block your own cars, just not our PodShare residents please.
General Rules
Please be mindful of noise in the common areas if booking after 10pm or prior to 10 am.
This is a 4600 sq ft building and the backyard is 3500 sq ft. When other guests of ours are renting other areas inside, then we can rope off the backyard so they can use a separate entry so not to disturb any Peerspace meetings or shoots. There would not be a scenario where the house would be empty, but that doesn't produce much noise and there are many outlets for you to get inside/outside of the house.

It was perfect for what we needed the conference room such as hosting auditions. The only issue I might have had with the location was street parking was a little challenging and their private parking was full capacity that day. I had to park a couple of blocks down and walk with a box of items. Other than that, the conference room was perfectly fine for the hosting of auditions.

The space was great. The only difficult part was there was no markings for the space for the address. The code also wasn't provided, and one of the workers refused to give it to me so I could gives to my joining guests and the door was a little difficult to get into

This is a great conference space! Bright, sunny, lots of room and comfortable chairs. It has great design and is both stylish and very functional. We used it as a casting space, and it was perfect. Actors could sign in at the front desk, wait downstairs on the comfortable couches or outside in the very large yard. Host was easy to reach and was very friendly. There was a large parking area, but no parking available when we were there. There was pretty good parking on the nearby streets, host gave great directions on where to look, so everyone was able to find parking pretty easily, a huge bonus in LA. This is a great location in the heart of Venice.
