The Living Room is great for off-site planning and team meetings, workshops, creative brainstorming sessions, lunch-and-learns, product demos, hack-a-thons and more! Amenities: - Free lighting fast Wi-Fi, - On wheels monitors with HDMI and Airplay connectivity - Wireless speaker for music - Dimmable lighting - Dry erase boards on wheels - Courtesy parking in front of the building and behind, at the private entrance - Outdoor Patio with seating Private Event Signage: Directional signage is provided to guide guests from the front entrance to the event space or at separate entrances for event. Location: VTA buses and light rail a 5 minute walk; Caltrain is nearby, about 2 miles away down Mathilda Avenue. Room Breakdown Included: A complimentary 30-minute setup period before booking begins and 30-minute teardown period after booking ends. 👥 Headcount: The Living Room can hold anywhere from 1-150 people. 🕑 Booking Length & Rate: We require a minimum of 2 hours when booking. However, we have no cap or restriction on hours. Our listing's hourly rate applies to our regular business hours. 🛠 Setup: You can keep The Living Room, or request a custom layout option like Classroom, Auditorium, or Standing Party. Changes in set up incur a fee, starting at $75 and dependent on headcount. Need something custom? Please let us know what layout you're interested in. ☕ Refreshments & Catering: Select from one of the beverage and snack packages below or we will work with you to come up with a catering package to fit all of your food and beverage needs. Kitchen Access: $5/per person for half day and $10/person for 4+ hours - includes access to stocked beverages, coffee & tea, and various snacks. Coffee & Tea Bar : $5 per person Full Beverage: $10 per person Simple Snack & Beverage Catering : $15 per person Catering Logistics : $4 per person All other catering packages can be discussed per event as needed. 💁 Onsite Help: From the minute you and your guests arrive, our team is here to help make your event run smoothly!

This was a great space, and Megan and team were very responsive/helpful. We used it for a video shoot - conducting two interviews. It was a flexible space and we were allowed to move the furniture around to accommodate our filming setups. One note, there was a lot of furniture so if you need a fully empty space for filming, this might not be the best option.

I highly recommend this space. It is a large space perfect for workshops presentations, Etc. Megan was very accommodating and flexible. It was easy bringing catering in and out, the audio visual equipment worked great. The location was convenient as well. I would definitely rent this space again.

This place looks great in the listing photos but is 200% better in person. Spacious. Easy access and private entrance and friendly on site staff. Did I forget to mention the bathroom amenities or the living wall. In a word GREAT!

The Living Room is AWESOME. Such a great space with an eclectic vibe making it fun for office events to change up the usual scenery. Megan was awesome and extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. A/V was very easy to use. We even had our own central AC/heater to use. We will definitely be booking this space again in the future.
