BEVERAGE POLICY You decide what you’d like to make available to your guests and purchase your alcohol to be delivered to the host prior to your event. We help with quantities and suggestions, as well as providing top-notch bartenders, ice, and set-up. We charge a per person cost to service the bar. FOOD POLICY Our exclusive in-house caterer Alchemy provides different food setups. (ie. boxed lunch, buffet, appetizers, etc.) Outside food is allowed upon prior approval and we charge a $1,500 fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please factor these times into your booking and coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional fee per day will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (ie: large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the evening) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require an additional fee per scheduled appointment. This is a beautiful space ( we filmed on top floor), just imagine glass everywhere. The space was smaller than we realized from the photos, but still workable. There is a large patio outside for staging gear and having people hang out that dont need to be on set. The biggest challenge is there is no elevator and you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs with the gear. There is a loading dock with large gate opening which was helpful for loading in/out. Nearby parking garage on corner was also convenient for people that drove. Great space, thanks!
Working with Julie & Edward was a fantastic experience! We had planned a rooftop reception for the week of Dreamforce, only to find out the we were going to be rained out. Two days before the event date, we were able to drop by for a site visit, finalize a contract and coordinate the venue switch with all our vendors and guests. Julie & Edward were flexible, accommodating and understanding of the situation. The space is absolutely beautiful and could be used for an offsite, reception or whatever else you can dream up. Special shoutout to the Peerspace team for helping us find a venue within walking distance of Dreamforce on such short notice.
We used the space for a video shoot. Hosts were responsive and flexible. We’re a film production company, and they were really in the mindset of an event space, which is different, but they were really willing to hear us out and make the arrangement work. Great space, lots of options. There’s no elevator, which could be an important detail.
