Perfect for an offsite/private event with full chef kitchen, full floor open plan living area. Lots of room to break out into groups and assemble together. Living spaces have two fireplaces with custom tile work and adjoining decks. A fabulous kitchen with high end Thermador appliances, modern bathrooms and hardwood floors. The space is luxuriously appointed with designer furniture, 80" TV and a Steinway piano. You will have access to 3 floors of open floor plan: 1. Entry level: Perfect for greeting guests, coat check, offer them a drink, mingle briefly and invite them to proceed downstairs to the main entertaining level. 2. Main Entertaining Level: Large open floor plan including living room, entertaining area, kitchen & dining and 2 adjoining decks. 3. Open Plan & Bar: Head down 2 flights of stairs (skipping 1 floor where our private bedrooms are situated) to an open plan area with a bar. * You will have access to 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. We also work with a caterer who is very familiar with the property and can offer a custom menu for your event. Available: Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm We can offer the space outside of the advertised hours at the rate of 1.5X per hour, subject to availability. Please enquire if you need to access the space outside the availability window. The pricing only includes access to the interior space. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
