This is by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had using Peerspace. Sharee is the greatest host ever and the loft is adequate for a variety of creative uses. The atmosphere that Sharee provides is welcoming and productive... accommodating and inspiring all at the same time. Do yourself a favor and inquire how this space can work for you. Sharee was an absolutely epic host for our mini-painting event. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, was wonderful to speak to/get to know, and even played music to help set the ambiance for our mini-event. The space itself is a gem tucked away inside the building. Huge amount of space, high ceilings, pretty natural light, equipped kitchen, plenty of tables/chairs to use for seating and snacks. 100% would recommend using this space for your meetings, little get-togethers or creative events. Like many have already said. Sharee was an incredible host. She truly goes above and beyond to accommodate you in the space. We had a 2-day sales team summit of about 35 people. We had tables and chairs set up (which Sharee provided) and it fit us perfectly. We catered food in (we used Boxichef) and also had snacks set up throughout. The kitchen space was so clutch and anything we didn't have, Sharee provided. It was a wonderful experience and folks who came from out of town loved the unexpected nature of the meeting space. We hope to use it again in the future!

I don’t think our party would have been as good if it wasn’t at this space! Sharee was a great host and made sure everything was smooth. And the space was so welcoming and comfortable. Complete with hook ups and speakers for sound. And Sharee made a looping slide show of photos I gave her to party dur G the party. All my friends were asking “wow how did you find this place?!” All the windows made it fee even more open. And the swing? That was a hit 😍 Thank you!
