A top-floor corner studio with high ceilings, 12-foot windows, and spectacular views. It is simple to get around because public transportation is only three blocks away. ⭐️ 1500 Sq. Ft top floor corner loft ⭐️ Open layout, high ceilings & 12 ft high windows with lots of natural lighting ⭐️ Tables, chairs, and desks. ⭐️ Full-size kitchen ⭐️ Full-size bathroom ⭐️ Gallery space (studio walls and hallway) ⭐️ Monitor and 72 ft. large screen available for presentations (additional cost) ⭐️ Projector and A/V equipment available for use (additional cost) ⭐️ Secured building entry ⭐️ Utilities and Wi-fi included ⭐️ Limited office/bathroom/kitchen supplies ⭐️ Plenty of parking as well as off-street parking ⭐️ Freight elevator available for easy loading and unloading HOSTING PACKAGE: As part of our hosting packages, we offer assistance with logistics to ensure that your event is a success with us. Your booking includes: ✅ 1-hour set up prior to the event ✅ 1-hour wind-down after the event ✅ Assistance with Logistics ✅ Complimentary tea, coffee, and water ✅ Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup. CLEANINGS & DISINFECTING ($150 flat rate): For your health and safety, we include two (2) cleanings with your booking. 1-disinfecting will be scheduled prior to your event starting and 1-disinfecting will be scheduled after your event ends.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

This is by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had using Peerspace. Sharee is the greatest host ever and the loft is adequate for a variety of creative uses. The atmosphere that Sharee provides is welcoming and productive... accommodating and inspiring all at the same time. Do yourself a favor and inquire how this space can work for you. Yes, I would book again.

Sharee was an absolutely epic host for our mini-painting event. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, was wonderful to speak to/get to know, and even played music to help set the ambiance for our mini-event. The space itself is a gem tucked away inside the building. Huge amount of space, high ceilings, pretty natural light, equipped kitchen, plenty of tables/chairs to use for seating and snacks. 100% would recommend using this space for your meetings, little get-togethers or creative events. Thank you Sharee!

Yes, I would book again.

Like many have already said. Sharee was an incredible host. She truly goes above and beyond to accommodate you in the space. We had a 2-day sales team summit of about 35 people. We had tables and chairs set up (which Sharee provided) and it fit us perfectly. We catered food in (we used Boxichef) and also had snacks set up throughout. The kitchen space was so clutch and anything we didn't have, Sharee provided. It was a wonderful experience and folks who came from out of town loved the unexpected nature of the meeting space. We hope to use it again in the future!

Yes, I would book again.

I don’t think our party would have been as good if it wasn’t at this space! Sharee was a great host and made sure everything was smooth. And the space was so welcoming and comfortable. Complete with hook ups and speakers for sound. And Sharee made a looping slide show of photos I gave her to party dur G the party. All my friends were asking “wow how did you find this place?!” All the windows made it fee even more open. And the swing? That was a hit 😍 Thank you!

Sharee is AMAZING and has such a beautiful spirit. I requested the space extremely last minute and Sharee was accommodating in every way. The space is beautiful and was just enough for our gathering. I look forward to booking this space again in the future.

Beautiful space with nice open floor plan & natural light. The Host provided a lot of extra support with music, photos prior to and during the party to make my daughter’s special event one she will always remember.

Perfect space for a small get to together. The host Sharee was amazing. From helping us get decorations to the space all the way through to the end with clean up. I would definitely recommend booking for your event.
