Cancellation policy: Other The CLIENT shall have the right to cancel this Agreement for any reason, other than for relocation to another facility, location or city, without cause, upon written notification actually received by the VENUE Contact Person prior the date set forth in Event Invoice if, and only if, the corresponding cancelation payment is also provided by certified check. If CLIENT cancels more than 30 days prior to the event date cancelation payment will consist of the non-refundable deposit as well as the difference for the entire amount of venue rental fee. If CLIENT cancels less than 30 days prior to the event date cancelation payment will consist of the entire Event Invoice amount in full less the already paid non-refundable deposit. The Parties agree that these sums are not a penalty and represent a reasonable effort on behalf of the VENUE to establish its loss prospectively and represent liquidated damages. Security deposit: $1500.0 (Will be collected separately by the space owner)
