Located in the heart of the Downtown Los Angeles Fashion District, this location is great for: -corporate meetings -satellite office space -seminars -workshops -team building activities This 1,000 + sq ft space includes natural lighting, high industrial ceilings, and a separate loft space. All of the furniture is reconfigurable and can be removed to suit the needs of the event planner. The following equipment and amenities are included in the rate: Wireless High Speed Internet Printer/Scanner/Copier 2 edit bays Coffee Maker Water dispenser 10+ person conference table Spacious couch with beautiful decor Pin Ball machine Vintage Ms. PacMan machine Heat and Air conditioning Our event support staff is on-site during the entirety of every booking to ensure every meeting or event is seamless. There is a parking lot next to the building. Parking is $5 to $7 for the day in a secure attended lot.

This space is absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect size for our 10 person meeting. The long conference table seated 10 comfortably and there were still about 3 other chairs available in case they were needed. We had bfast and lunch in the front lounge area, so that helped with a little separation from work and rest. The arcade games are all functional and the team really loved having those in order to play a quick game during a break, reset and get back to planning. A coffee/espresso machine was made available by the hosts, as well as a water dispenser. The restroom is located very near the suite. Our onsite contact was absolutely incredibly and went above and beyond to make sure the temperature was comfortable for us, that the furniture set up was what we needed and that we were taken care of throughout the day. I would absolutely book this space again. It's awesome!
