Welcome to our sunny and spacious downtown facility located in the in the heart of DTLA's Fashion District. This facility is 1,500+ square foot space in a beautiful industrial warehouse with concrete walls, 18' ceilings and large windows with soft natural lighting. The studio provides ample space for any creative need including film, photography, table top/product shot, VFX. Our studio boasts 18' ceilings, a 15'x 16' white Cyc wall as well as: + Beauty/make-up vanity + DIT/photo review station + Client sitting area + Crafty table with coffee maker (free coffee and snacks). + Heat & AC + Easy Parking + Pet-friendly facility + Wi-fi We also offer equipment rentals including film and photo camera packages, lights, and grip/electric. We also have an adjoined loft space available as a production office or post production facility. If we don’t have a certain piece of equipment, we will get it for you or put you in touch with one of the rental houses we have a strong relationship with. The studio also comes with over 20 diferent paper seamless backdrops- free to use (assuming you treat them with care :) We built and tailored our studio to be the perfect space for our commercial, music video and film needs and are excited to share it with other filmmakers. This space also includes a separate office space equipped with natural lighting, high industrial ceilings, and an elevated loft. All of the furniture is reconfigurable and can be removed to suit the needs of the event planner. The following equipment and amenities are included in this space: Printer/Scanner/Copier 2 edit bays Coffee Maker Water dispenser 10+ person conference table Spacious couch with beautiful decor Pin Ball machine Vintage Ms. Pac Man machine Our event support staff is on-site during the entirety of every booking to ensure every meeting or event is seamless. There is a parking lot next to the building. Cost is $5 to $7 per day in a secured attended lot. The studio is always changing to accommodate new renters so feel free to ask for current pictures of the space and types of backdrops that are available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
