Guests will have access to the main living room areas, a large kitchen, dining room area, outdoor pool and spa, master bedroom, and a theatre. Available to host photo shoots and film productions for a maximum of 2-days (cannot exceed 2-day rental period). HOUSE AMENITIES The backyard area has a 180 degree view, a large pool, and a spa. The main living room has a 35 foot ceiling and the rest of the house has 10 foot ceilings. The theatre room seats 8. The kitchen has 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers and everything else you need. The master bedroom is over 500 square feet and has a marble bathroom with a sunken bathtub. The formal dining room is a 12 ft. long table that seats 10. ACCESS Parking is available on an adjacent street for up to 20 cars. Valet or shuttle services can be added for additional parking.
