Whether you are celebrating a birthday, bachelorette, anniversary, social event, or reunion, this historic bar is well equipped to handle a group of up to 185 people and make your event stress free and memorable. PRICING All bookings require a 3-Hour Minimum Availability Sunday-Wednesday @ $300/hr Availability Thursday-Saturday @ $500/hr No required purchase for all events ending by 10PM No food/bar included in booking rate If you'd like to book the space on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday for an all night event past 10PM, then please contact the host. There is an $8,500 buyout, and will include hosted bar. ——————— FOOD AND BAR Fully Stocked Bar is available during your event for purchase with no required minimums. No outside beverages allowed. No bar is included in booking rate. We do not offer food, but do have a fridge for your use and large counter space for buffet presentations. Food is at your own cost and preferred caterers can be provided. You are welcome to bring in food at no charge. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We used the venue for roughly 160 person activity, cocktails, and apps. It fit perfectly with our theme which was a roaring 20's. We got to tour the venue and it was easy to get any setup we needed. We were able to use chairs and tables that the facility had.

Absolutely loved hosting our Christmas Party at this venue. First off, booking with Peer Space was SO simple. Second, Joe the owner at Charley's was extremely accommodating to any of our needs. The space was beautifully decorated for Christmas and our guests had an AMAZING time dancing all night and mingling :)

Overall we had a really positive experience. We had a joint 30th birthday gatsby themed party this past weekend and the venue was perfect! Joe was super flexible and easy to work with. We had 5 different vendors and everything went smooth. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The bartenders found out 2 hours prior to our event that it was themed, and showed up dressed in 20’s attire. Even the security, Dustin was so helpful and even helped us stay on schedule with the clean up! I will definitely book this venue again for another special occasion.
