All set up and clean up included in the booking. Outside food can be brought in at no additional cost (no kitchen on site, but there is a fridge). On Friday evenings, private events need to end at 10pm as the venue opens to the public for business, but private event guests are welcome to stay in the venue past their specified rental time and enjoy the regularly scheduled DJ and dancing with no additional cover charge to continue socializing in a private booth area. Saturday Private Events past 10pm require bar minimum with full buyout only.

Thank you for the wonderful, fun, swanky time at Charley's. Everyone had a blast, and Lara and Joe were extremely helpful and flexible with any concerns that came up. Would highly recommend for any private event in the future.
Overall we had a really positive experience. We had a joint 30th birthday gatsby themed party this past weekend and the venue was perfect! Joe was super flexible and easy to work with. We had 5 different vendors and everything went smooth. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The bartenders found out 2 hours prior to our event that it was themed, and showed up dressed in 20’s attire. Even the security, Dustin was so helpful and even helped us stay on schedule with the clean up! I will definitely book this venue again for another special occasion.
Amazing venue, it was perfect for my event. The host is super nice and very helpful with any needs I had. The security was amazing and a huge help keeping my big and rowdy group together. 10/10
