Located right in the middle of beautiful downtown Los Gatos, in the heart of Silicon Valley. SITE MANAGER The Site Manager will be onsite all day for every rental. He/She will open up the space and greet first arrivals, supervise load-in & load-out, setup and strike tables & chairs, provide technical support for WiFi and projector connectivity, and answer any questions or provide solutions. IDEAL USE Company Offsite Meetings, Strategic Planning, Creative Workshops, Presentations & Demos, Screenings INCLUDED IN BOOKING RATE Private use of 3,000sf 185 Standing 75 Seated Hightop Table, Booth Seating Projector Screen, Projector Flatscreen (guest to bring HDMI cables) SPACE ACCOMMODATIONS 60 Theater Seating, 24 Classroom, 16 U-Shape ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND RENTALS Extra chairs available to rent at an additional $1.50 per chair. Outside food allowed at no charge with large counter space for a buffet presentation. Outside Non-Alcoholic beverages allowed with prior written approval by host. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available on site for purchase with an additional $30 per hour staff cost. CONVENIENCE TO THE GUEST Large free parking lot behind the building. Freight and passenger elevator for easy load-in/load-out access.

Thank you for the wonderful, fun, swanky time at Charley's. Everyone had a blast, and Lara and Joe were extremely helpful and flexible with any concerns that came up. Would highly recommend for any private event in the future.

Overall we had a really positive experience. We had a joint 30th birthday gatsby themed party this past weekend and the venue was perfect! Joe was super flexible and easy to work with. We had 5 different vendors and everything went smooth. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The bartenders found out 2 hours prior to our event that it was themed, and showed up dressed in 20’s attire. Even the security, Dustin was so helpful and even helped us stay on schedule with the clean up! I will definitely book this venue again for another special occasion.

Charley's Lounge is such a fun place. Lara and her husband (owners) and all of her staff were so welcoming and easy to work with. Thank you so much for allowing us to use such great space for daughters 21st birthday.
