This space was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The color and overall vibe of the venue aligned perfectly with our event and everyone in attendance commented on the aesthetic. Eric was incredibly helpful throughout the whole booking process, and very amenable. Some guests had a hard time finding it, but it is in a good location. Not very big, but 40-50 fit comfortably. Would definitely use this space again!
This was the first time I've used Peerspace and although it was easy, it wasn't without issue. We rented this space for a 5 hour block of time for a baby shower. Eric (the owner) was easy to work with and communication with him was very fast. We had a quick walk through before booking and he was gracious enough to let us do a drop off the morning of our event and set up the outdoor area before our booking time began. Eric also set up the TV in the living room to have an image we emailed to him, projected for the duration of the party and had his computer linked to his Sonos to play music for the party. The major snag was towards the end of the party when Eric's wires got crossed with the cleaning crew booking. He booked the crew to arrive at 4pm. The time we booked was 12pm - 5pm. Eric sent me a text an hour before our party was supposed to end saying that the cleaning crew was arriving and that he could try and get them to push to a half hour later. Bewildered, I called him because I didn't understand why the cleaning crew was coming during our party. He came down and spoke with me and told me that he got his wires crossed and that he tried to get them to start later, but he couldn't. So, we ended up paying for an hour where our party had to stop because of the cleaning crew. We got penalized for the host's mistake. The crew rudely refused to stop when they were asked if they could wait to begin cleaning until our party was over at 5. They did not seem to care and went about cleaning and started vacuuming while our guests were still enjoying the festivities. Eric and I were texting about it and he had thought he took care of it with their boss, but it didn't seem to do the trick. He asked me if he should intervene, but it was too late to do anything as people felt awkward and began to leave. Everyone was so wowed by the set up for the party and the venue itself, that it was just utterly disappointing that the guests of honor were shoo-ed out of the living room in the midst of conversations because the cleaning crew started bringing in their cleanup stuff and started vacuuming. All in all, the venue is unique, leaves an impression with guests, and Eric is communicative and kind, but the snag at the end keeps us from wanting to book this space again.
Eric was an amazing host. Extremely welcoming and responsive, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. His Space was stunning, great architecture, stunning light, perfect for what we needed for the shoot. This space is e real gem. We were shooting a lifestyle campaign and the whole place was perfect. Highly recommend to everyone if they're looking for a stunning locale.
A super accommodating and beyond delightful duo to work with! The futuristic home has plenty of nooks and well-curated furnishings and artwork to get various shots. Thanks again.
This location was a true gem, beautifully kept, completely unique, with a kick-ass host who made us feel like we were guests in his home rather than there to do a photo shoot. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
