This house is amazing. The hosts are a dream to work with. This property is exactly as it appears in photos and better! 5 stars. We would highly recommend!

Eric was more than accommodating! It was such a smooth process and he was beyond hospitable and professional. Natural lighting in the house during the day is priceless for photo shoots and there's so many spaces that provide beautiful backdrops. Would absolutely recommend this space and working with Eric to everyone :)
Eric was really great to work with. Super flexible while I was having scheduling hang ups and very informative/clear with info. The space is stellar, special architectural story that is very unique to LA. Hope that all my rentals in the future will be as smooth as this one.
The location was visually perfect for our shoot. I did feel like my crew was walking on egg shells throughout the production with the homeowner. The wife was very sweet and helpful but my crew did have some back and forth with the husband who was home and checking on us constantly. There were also two other rooms being rented to other guests which we were not aware of prior which would of been nice to know. Especially for the amount we paid per hour. All in all we got what we needed done but if you’re looking for a free spirited non restricted location then this space probably won’t be your first choice. As the producer I personally had no issue but I did receive a lot of crew complaints. Also we had to sweep and wipe the concrete floors as well as the walls down after the shoot. The artists father and manager were cleaning an hour prior to our wrap time per the homewoner (husband) Text messages sent to me. Also, he was not flexible with time. Even though we paid $100 cleaning fee and gave an extra refundable deposit. We did receive the refundable deposit back but not the $100 cleaning fee, which makes no sense since we were required to clean the space and take out all trash before we left. All in all it made the artist and her team as well as my crew feel at times they weren’t able to create in a welcoming environment. I loved the location and would recommend it if you’re ok with the above forementioned.
