Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Eric was a great host! He was responsive, thoughtful, and flexible. We really enjoyed the space! Overall our experience was very positive. We would recommend the venue to those looking to throw and event.

The venue was beautiful and everything was smooth prior to booking and during booking. Eric and Rhonda were kind and quick to respond with any questions I had. However, during the event, we had issues with the 2 toilets getting clogged. This shouldn't be an issue for smaller parties, but be aware if you have a larger party. Had I know, I would not have booked for 75 guests. My guests were without a bathroom for an hour or so during the party. On top of that, Eric withheld $200 from my security deposit to pay for the plumbing issue which was pre-existing. Overall, beautiful venue and my guests had a great time, but would not book again.

Eric and Rhonda were absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating and responds very quickly. The space is stunning and is perfect for a modern artistic vibe. I would 1000% recommend this gem and will definitely be renting this space again.
