No restrictions to hours as there is no day-to-day operation. A large, bright and clean commercial kitchen is attached and included in the rental fee. Ideal for private events, such as fundraisers, social gatherings, or corporate functions. Natural lighting provided by six large skylights. All equipment is on wheels and can be moved to accommodate filming from any angle and any distance. Cooking themed parties can be a great team building experience. ADDITIONAL RENTALS + SERVICES Hots provides minimal lounge furnishings. Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. may be an additional cost to the guest. CONVENIENCE A small 4 space parking lot can be used for vehicles, equipment or ancillary services such as craft services.
