About the Space
Great space in the back of Santa Monica Blvd. near Western. One wall of glass with roll up metal doors. Three entrances. Beautiful exposed brick and wood walls. Mostly 13 foot high ceilings. 16ft White Cyc with speed rail to rig lights. Polished concrete floors. Lots of light. One large bathroom. Some 2nd floors Near the red line, buses, restaurants, night clubs, the 101 freeway. Easy commute to Hollywood, Los Feliz, Downtown, Mid Wilshire, Silverlake, Echo Park. NEW HVAC AC UNIT INSTALLED! - Ready for the summer! dont break sweat Ready for - Photo Shoots - Video Shoots - Interviews - Casting - Events - Screenings - Small Concerts Owned and renovated by filmmakers that know the struggle of finding a good place to use! We also have a rental house for camera gear that we can heavily discount with rental of space, including Alexa, RED, Canon. www.redefinerentals.com White Cyc area in space has a $150 paint fee if used. Fee waived if Cyc is not used or painting is not required. Please let us know when booking if the cyc is something you will need to use. If any marks or footprints on walls or floor we will need to repaint. The pictured furniture is included and can be moved as needed, so long as care is taken and it is returned as the completion of the rental. We have a projector that can be rented for an additional fee Noise Restrictions after 10pm

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This studio is a wonderful space to work in, with a variety of options for shooting spots, and angles. A very classy and clean environment with a parking garage nearby. Sound was generally very good here, aside from some faint neighbor noise, exterior sounds were very light and with the Studio facing away from Santa Monica Blvd, it makes for a much better sound recording situation. The host Daniel is top shelf, friendly, accommodating, and on call! I recommend this studio space highly for anyone looking to do interviews, videos, photo shoots, and much more, in a very controlled and well kept environment.
